Dan and Heather's Baby Page

Heather and I are expecting a baby sometime around October 19th 2008. We don't know the sex and well, thats about it so far.

We'll be posting pictures of Heather as she gets bigger and any other big news.

In the meantime, we have a poll to guess the sex of the baby please do!

Monday August 4, 2008 - A great photo of Heather, now in her third trimester.

Sunday August 3, 2008 - Thanks to Lucy, Michel, and the Dubois Gang for a great baby shower!
Sunday June 23, 2008 - A couple of updates, first off Heather and I know the sex of the baby but aren't telling anyone. So far the majority of the poll votes are guessing girl.. we'll see :) Next off is that we've setup a gift registry for the baby, the link is on this page. And last off is I've added another picture of Heather. Heather is feeling the baby moving all the time now and I've felt it and even seen it once for myself.
Thursday May 22nd, 2008 - Visited the ultrasound clinic to have the first ultrasound done. It was very real seeing the baby moving on the screen. It is 6 inches long from head to rump and 16.5cm for a head circumference. The baby waved to us at one point during the test with a very small hand. All is well and the baby looks very healthy. Here is a picture.

Tuesday April 22nd, 2008 - Visited the midwife again, the heartbeat is now 150 beats per minute.
Wednesday March 26th, 2008 - Visited our midwife for the first time, she was very informative and we learned a lot. Today was our first real baby experience since we got to hear the heart beat @ 178 beats per minute.

Sorry that so much of it is in-store only, we thought that more of it would be available online as well.
